What about photos of my children?
Photos are used to create your drawings and book. Our authorised reviewers and service providers process them for generation, storage and, if you order, printing. Uploaded photos may show children; only upload photos you have the right to use. See our privacy notice for retention and deletion details. You can contact us to request deletion.
Will it actually look like them?
You see it before you pay. The first page is free: if it does not look like them, you pay nothing. Photos with a clearly visible face and good light come out looking like the person; dark or blurry ones do not — and we tell you before we draw.
And if it comes out ugly?
Every page has "draw it again" and "swap the photo". You see the whole book, page by page, exactly as it will be printed, and we only print after you say yes. Our team reviews every page before sending it to print. If it arrives with a defect, we reprint it free.
What does the launch price include?
€19.99 includes your personalised book with 16 photos and a cover. Delivery is quoted for your address before payment, with the full total and applicable taxes shown. Preview the whole book before you pay.
How do photos become drawings?
We use an artificial-intelligence model to turn each photo into lines to colour. You choose the photos and we review the book before printing. See our privacy notice for provider processing and deletion details.
Which photos work best?
A clearly visible face, good light, a simple background. Large groups, dark photos or very busy ones make confusing pages — we tell you before we draw.
Where is it printed?
At a partner printer, with delivery options based on your destination.
How long does it take?
Delivery options and estimated arrival dates for your address are shown before payment. Finishing a preview does not start an order or a delivery countdown.
Can I return it?
It is made to order, so there is no return for a change of mind. Printing defects are always covered: we reprint free of charge.
Is it for children?
The service is for adults; whoever colours the book can be any age. Photos uploaded by an adult may include children and are processed to make the book.
Can I order a second copy to give away?
Yes: an identical second copy costs €14.90. Delivery is quoted for your address and number of copies before payment.
